I just read How To Trick an Online Scammer Into Carving a Computer Out of Wood by Ron Rosenbaum.  A new group of cyber-vigilantes has emerged, the "scam baiters".  These folks don't just delete their fraudulent scam emails, instead they scam the scammers.  There are websites devoted to scam baiting.   While the article did have some poignant insights about the ethics of scam baiting, I'm not reporting about that.  I want to tell you about one of the great victories of one particular scam baiter.
